    Lombard By The Bay is located in Montemaria which is strategically located at the southernmost tip of Batangas Bay in Batangas City, Philippines. The site is 30 minutes away from the central district of Batangas City and accessible by concrete roads and by sea. It is situated on a plateau that overlooks the Verde Island Passage. This is the central entrance to Batangas Bay where local and international vessels coming from the Southern Philippines enter the China Sea to use the Batangas International Port. Montemaria is a pilgrimage center dedicated to Mary, Mother of All Asia. The 96 meters high Statue of Mary, the Mother of All Asia, is dedicated to Peace and Unity of the peoples and countries of this part of the world. It will be the icon and pilgrimage destination not only for the Philippines, but for all of Asia and the World. As of 2018, the Monument is the 9th largest statue in the World—even bigger than the Statue of Christ the Redeemer in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and the Statue of Liberty in New York, USA.

    Montemaria is home to the ninth largest monument in the World and is a pilgrimage center dedicated to Mother Mary. The development was conceived as a destination to attract devotees and pilgrims. It is also considered as a tourism and retirement community.

    The Verde Island Passage in the Philippines gives life to one of the most productive and remarkable ecosystems on the Planet. The Verde Island Passage provides food, livelihoods and other benefits to over 2 million people. Recognized by the United Nations as the center of global shore-fish biodiversity, it’s also home to charismatic species such as whale sharks, sea turtles, and an impressive array of corals. These waters continue to intrigue and mystify science—further signifying its global biological importance.
